I'm Brian Jones. For eight years I've automated the work that slows businesses down and delivered the systems they run on: e-commerce, ERP, and automation for mid-size to large companies, owning roadmap, stakeholders, and delivery from first spec to production. I founded Hologram Hacks to pair that with agentic engineering: frameworks I build and direct that let a small senior team ship at a volume that normally takes a much larger one, with the human review, testing, and security still behind every line. I work with trusted colleagues and scale teams to fit the engagement.

A new studio for privacy-first products and agentic engineering. Designed, built, and operate Relay in-house: a live, self-hosted comms platform with E2EE DMs, in production with active beta testers, shipped in the hours around full-time delivery work.
Leading agentic rebuilds of business-critical platforms, including an ERP of ~350K lines of production code, ~95% generated by agentic frameworks I built, delivered under external security audits with GDPR and PII controls.
