I'm Brian Jones. For eight years I've automated the work that slows businesses down and delivered the systems they run on: e‑commerce, ERP, reporting, and operational automation for mid‑size to large companies, owning roadmap, stakeholders, and delivery from first spec to production. I founded Hologram Hacks to pair that with agentic engineering: frameworks I build and direct that let one engineer ship at a volume that normally takes a team, with the human review, testing, and security still behind every line.
What drives me is solving real problems with real people. I build in the open, share what I learn, and I'm genuinely obsessed with where agentic AI is taking this craft, and with helping the people I work with get there too.

A new studio for privacy-first products and agentic engineering. Designed, built, and operate Relay in-house: a live, end-to-end-encrypted platform in production with active beta testers, shipped in the hours around full-time delivery work.

Leading agentic rebuilds of business-critical platforms, including an ERP of ~250K lines of production code (~500K with tests), rebuilt with a small dev team and ~95% of the code generated by agentic frameworks I built, delivered under external security audits with GDPR and PII controls.

Enterprise e-commerce + ERP platform

Built and operate a custom platform that runs a client's entire business end to end: code, servers, security, production. It replaced fully manual order entry, every order keyed in by the sales team, with customer self-service now past 60%, automating thousands of labor-hours. Zero downtime since 2019.
ERP modernization (agentic rebuild)

Led an agentic rebuild of a business-critical ERP for security-sensitive clients under external audits: MySQL to PostgreSQL on a redesigned schema, CI/CD, server configuration, and penetration / vulnerability testing. Delivered with GDPR and PII controls.
